U.S. Customers:
With our quality products at wholesale and discounted prices, we know you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are defective. If this is the case, we will replace them and reimburse you for the return postage. If you desire a refund we will credit the purchase price to your charge card or credit you towards a different product of your choice. Please remember we are a ministry functioning as a business, not a business trying to be a ministry.

Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.
Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened.
If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.

At our discretion, a significant restocking fee may be applied to any return.
