How to Utilize the God4me Bootcamp Conference

 

 

     1)  Register your men today online at www.God4me.com/invasion

           or Register by Phone: Call 631-753-1244.

 

2) Inform Pastor and men in your Congregation

 

·         Please respect and Honor Pastor by speaking first with him

·         Give Pastor or Men’s Ministry Decision Maker this packe

·         ALERT Congregation of your team’s chosen Date and Location

·         Free ticket: Enclosed to give away with announcement from pulpit

·         Insert Bulletin announcement (provided in this pack)

·         Display Poster provided

·         Send the Email Boot Camp invitation to your men or ask us to do it for you.

·         Request more Boot camp Invitation Post Cards for mailing and men’s Meetings

·         Make tickets available at each service for your guys.

 

3) CREATE A Three (3) Fold Game plan for Your Guys to

     Build & Sustain momentum from Boot camp.

 

·         meet one month before event with your men to share and plan on who in and out of the church they can bring with them.

·         Develop a formal Men’s Ministry Calendar that extends into the New Year. It is imperative to have a follow up date with your men within ONE MONTH AFTER Boot Camp. Include the next God4me Discipleship Boot Camp.

 

·         Announce to Congregation  the 3 Fold plan

       One Month Before to plan, date to Attend Boot camp and then meeting together one month after at informal dinner or recreational event.

 

·         AT EVENT:

            - Plan on traveling & sitting with each other. Arrive by  7:30AM to secure seats

 

            - Connect with God4me men’s Ministry Coaches at event if you desire resource help in your ministry to men. ie: speaker, Books, Curriculums

 

            - Visit wholesale book, cd and bible study tables for men’s topics at wholesale prices
